management firm in the Mid-Atlantic region and national thought-leader in the industry.
Matt has a long history of challenging status quo with a focus on improving the future through the judicious
application of technology. Matt’s entrepreneurial spirit was first exercised as the President and co-founder of
Huber Oros & Company, a regional employee benefits consulting firm. Huber Oros & Company pushed the envelope of
the benefits consulting industry by leading the field in compensation transparency and bold consultative advice. Within a
year of its inception, Huber Oros & Company was one of the largest employee benefits consulting firms in the
Mid-Atlantic region.
His consultative expertise and vision, in both the benefits industry and as a successful entrepreneur, has fostered a
demand for his guidance in the business community. He routinely supports and promotes local entrepreneurial ventures,
actively serves on several boards for local non-profit organizations, and served as a member on several national carrier advisory boards.
