  Client Service Specialist

Benelogic, the leading provider of intuitive software applications designed to simplify employee benefits management, has a client service specialist position available to aid with servicing our clients.

We are seeking an individual whom is passionate and energetic and results-driven. This will be a rewarding and challenging position.

  • Candidate must be accountable and trustworthy. They must be able to take direction on a task and then take that task to the finish line, while reporting back on status and any issues that may come up.

  • Candidate must be conscientious and always looking to improve and influence change in business process. To the extent that the candidate's approaches are well aligned with our business, they should always be questioning whether or not a course of action is the most appropriate for the situation and recommend alterative approaches if applicable.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate in a comprehensive and 360 degree manner. The ability to keep all parties aware of key issues will contribute to the coordination of efforts and the ability of the organization to behave as a team.
  • Candidate must pay attention to detail. While quality output must be measured to the finest of details, quality throughout the process of communication, requirements gathering and implementation is what will ultimately drive the successful and accurate delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining master eligibility for client benefit enrollment specific data
  • Supporting customer service lines by responding to all incoming phone calls
  • Responding to client and customer email inquiries
  • Answering general benefit and systems questions as they relate to Benelogic’s benefits enrollment platform
  • Working carrier discrepancy reports
  • Completing client-related special projects upon request
Qualifications include:
  • 1-2 years industry experience
Education
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
