Client Service Manager

The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for the overall client relationship for a book of business assuming responsibility for managing the relationship, ensuring quality service is delivered and identifying other revenue generating opportunities with their client. The CSM is an internal client advocate and provides feedback to Benelogic management and the client as appropriate.

  • Be the external face of Benelogic to clients

  • Cultivate strong relationships with client, broker contacts and co-workers

  • Successfully onboard clients (introductory meetings, training, site implementation, etc.)

  • Be authoritative about client-specific knowledge

  • Advocate for clients

  • Understand internal systems/technology as they relate to each client’s enrollment and eligibility

  • Ensure clarity with client deliverables and timelines while managing expectations

  • Actively seek new revenue opportunities

  • Obtain a deep understanding of Benelogic’s product and service offerings

  • Escalate issues or items when appropriate and necessary

  • Work well with co-workers and external contacts

  • Be passionate about work and driven to be outstanding

  • Identify and resolve problems in a creative, consultative and timely manner

  • Master the nuances of employee benefits
