Overview

The Benelogic Control™ Client Support and Data Analyst (CSDA) is responsible for maintaining master eligibility of client benefit enrollment specific data; supporting customer service lines; providing tier 1 technical support for Benelogic’s benefits enrollment platform; working file discrepancy and error reports; and completing client-related special projects upon request.

 

Responsibilities In A Nutshell

Data Maintenance

  • Ensure ongoing data integrity and accuracy

Data Analysis

  • Review file error results to identify workflow versus data issues

  • Identify client specific and global trends to recommend potential solutions and improvements


Client Support

  • Tier 1 system support via phone and email

  • Manual overrides

  • Adhere to all relevant local, state and federal legislation related to data privacy
