Executive Team

Matthew Oros, Chief Executive Officer

Matthew has a long history of challenging status quo and approaching problems with a simple, logical perspective. His ideas have an elegance and clarity to them which provides the company with boundless opportunities and ideas. On a personal level, Matt is an early adopter of technology, constantly fascinated with innovative ideas and entranced with the notion of using those innovations as a springboard forward, often in unanticipated ways.

Matt’s fearless entrepreneurial spirit led him to start two companies at once. On his first day of business, he had seven employees, and the roster has been growing ever since. For one business, Huber Oros & Company a regional employee benefits consulting firm, Matt served as President. Huber Oros & Company pushed the envelope of the benefits consulting industry by leading the field in compensation transparency and bold consultative advice. Within a year of its inception, Huber Oros & Company was one of the largest employee benefits consulting firms in the Mid-Atlantic region. His second business was Benelogic.

As Chief Executive Officer for Benelogic, Matt’s leadership and vision are the driving forces behind Benelogic's success as the largest online benefits management firm in the Mid-Atlantic region and national thought-leader in the industry. His consultative expertise and vision, in both the benefits industry and as a successful entrepreneur, has fostered a demand for his guidance in the business community. He routinely supports and promotes local entrepreneurial ventures, actively serves on several boards for local non-profit organizations, and served as a member on several national carrier advisory boards.

Christine Miki, President

Christine is personally and professionally driven by two questions: "Why?" And "Why not?" Her career reflects her passion for understanding the objectives of processes as the quickest path to optimize them. Christine is compelled to challenge status quo by looking for opportunities to introduce improvements using technology. Along these lines, at a previous company as early as 1997, she championed electronic enrollment and system connectivity for benefits management. This company, RWD Technologies, Inc., reinforced her devotion to measurable outcomes and standardized methodologies. At RWD, Christine’s responsibilities included leading the implementation of the first relational Human Resources Information System and participating as a key team member on the design and implementation of the first enterprise-wide information system. Her dedication to providing high-value, high-quality outcomes particularly for employers and employees fuels her ongoing involvement in the direction of end-user software features at Benelogic.

As President, Christine is responsible for directing and managing the company to fulfill its mission to clients and partners of Connecting People with Benefits Through the Integration of Service and Technology™. She brings over sixteen years of Human Resources, Benefits Administration and HRIS integration experience to her perspective. Christine served in many positions within Benelogic prior to this role. She was Benelogic’s first Chief Strategic Officer, focusing on mid and long-term strategic planning, business development, product development and marketing for Benelogic. As part of the organization from day one, she also created the Client Services, Project Management and Implementation disciplines. Her broad knowledge base allows her to bridge the gap between human resources administration and technology, which she complements with skills in process-mapping and workflow analysis, effectively leading people to achieve results.

Christine received a B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from Boston College. Though she no longer maintains the certification, she is proud to have been a certified Professional in Human Resources as recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management.
