  Client Management Portal (CMP)
The Client Management Portal is designed to empower Consulting Firms to better manage their clients' use of Benelogic’s applications. The Client Management Portal is a web-based management application providing access to clients' benefit plans and customer service information. Features include, but are not limited to:
  • Drilling down into an employer's benefits, year by year.
  • Viewing rates and other information about each benefit plan.
  • Drilling down to a specific employee's record.
  • Viewing current and historical eligibility and enrollment information.
  • Resetting passwords for employees.
  • Adding and terminating benefit elections.
  • Monitoring open enrollment status.
  • Downloading billing and other benefits files.
