Security and Privacy Measures
We strongly believe in protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personally identifiable information that refers or relates to our website users.
  • We authenticate all Benelogic users.
  • We create two strong layers of defense with state-of-the art firewalls.
  • We host all website and database servers in a secure physical and network environment.
  • We process all external interactions with our software through SSL-encrypted connections.
  • We record all logins, logouts, password changes, configuration changes and other account actions to a server on our isolated, secure administrative network.
  • We store all data on isolated servers that are separated by firewalls and not directly accessible from any external network.
  • We follow strict internal procedures such as; strong internal passwords for all employees, internal network isolation and access restrictions, secure disposal of employee and software information to prevent casual disclosure.
  • We adhere to industry-leading transmission standards.

Data Exchange
To succeed in handling the myriad proprietary formats for carrier, payroll, HRIS and other transmissions as well as custom plan rules, a comprehensive set of data exchange engines are built into Benelogic's platform. These engines are designed to be configurable and extensible to handle any benefits data exchange requirement into and out of Benelogic.
  • Benelogic provides each external party with data in the format they specify with the rules they want enforced.
  • Technology handles the details of data exchange, such as record formatting and file structure, allowing our expert staff to focus on the details of integration.
  • Every aspect of Benelogic can be configured through our common management interface, including configuration, auditing, and testing capabilities.

  • Employee data is directly integrated into the carrier's electronic systems.
Support
Phone and email support are provided through our Client Management staff. Each client is provided a dedicated phone support line and email address to ensure direct communications with Benelogic for technical and eligibility-related support. The phone number and email address are located on the Home page of each enrollment site or may be obtained through the employer's Human Resources representative.
