Online enrollment includes data exchange with other carriers that provide peripheral support to an
employer’s benefit plans. If services like Initial COBRA notifications, FSA enrollment, HSA or HRA
enrollment aren’t supported, then the solution is incomplete. We understand the full array of
supporting carriers and make sure they aren’t overlooked in data exchange. We have a large number of
existing data exchange protocols already developed with carriers, and we are always willing to work with
carriers who are willing to work with us. Below is a representative list of carriers providing other
services to employers. We work with them to design a data exchange process that works with their
business. If you don’t see your carrier listed below, remember we are your willing partner in data
exchange and will pursue new relationships as our clients' needs shift.
