1. What do I need to access the enrollment site?
We recognize that employees use a wide range of systems. Accordingly, we support:
  • Microsoft® Internet Explorer versions 4.0 or higher
  • Windows® platforms
  • Macintosh® platforms
While other browsers and platforms will probably still work with our product, Benelogic is unable to provide support for them. If you encounter problems while using a browser or platform other than those listed above, Benelogic may request that you switch to a supported browser and platform.
2. What if I have problems with the enrollment site?
A customized email address and phone number ensure direct communications with Benelogic for technical and eligibility-related support. This information is located on the Home page of your enrollment site or may be obtained by contacting your employer's Human Resources representative.
3. I’m supposed to enroll online but I can’t find my site.
Please contact your employer's Human Resources representative. They will have information about connecting to our site and how to contact Benelogic Customer Service.
