As Benelogic stores increasingly higher volumes of digital information, it is
also increasingly vital to keep information safe and in its place. A comprehensive
security strategy is essential to protect vital data, and to ensure continuity
of operations. Our many security measures include, but are not limited to:
|
|
 |
- Authentication of all Benelogic users.
- State-of-the-art firewalls create two strong layers of defense.
- All servers are hardened Windows TM 2003 Servers.
- All website and database servers are hosted in a secured physical and network environment.
- All external interactions with our software go through SSL encrypted connections.
- All logins, logouts, password changes, configuration changes, and other account actions are logged to a server on our isolated administrative network.
- All data is stored on isolated servers that are separated by firewalls and not directly accessible from any external network.
- Strict internal procedures such as strong internal passwords for all employees, internal network isolation and access restrictions, and secure disposal of employee and software information prevent casual disclosure.
- Transmission standards.
