involves state-of-the-art hardware and networking, but we didn’t stop there. Benelogic's
software applications were also designed to have industry-leading performance.

- Real-time clustering and monitoring capabilities ensure requests go to the fastest available server.
- Server load is constantly monitored.
- The system is at 30% or less of its capacity 95% of the time and is never above 60% of its capacity.
- If a server detects a problem, it removes itself from service and notifies support within seconds, 24x7x365.
- Implementation in ISAPI ensures that our web enrollment engine is fast and reliable. In fact, approximately 10
times as many requests can be handled per server than with the more common but slower and less reliable ASP Script,
giving Benelogic amazing scalability.
- The careful design and implementation of our system makes it easier to prove its integrity.
- Real-time tasks (such as enrollment, adding & terminating employees, etc.) are isolated from batch tasks (such
as transmissions) to ensure that they are always fast even during peak transmission cycles.
